Its ok for a first, but stay away from tweening when making madness, and add blood effects. Also, the physics were off, and KICKING?!? whats with the guys leg going waaay up there, that isnt how mandes works.
Anyway i see potatential, i give you a 4 cuz its short, physics are off, and overall im a tough rater.

Terrible, the grpahics are bad and everything, and the duck is huge compared to the man in the Boat. Also, that wasnt even scary.

your animations from before sucked, but this is showing alot of improvement. Still kind of choppy on some parts, but as the others below me said, its getting better. Keep practicing, and mainly work on physics, as well as put more effort into the frames. Increase the frame rate and spend more time on this.
